Which countries do you currently ship to?

1. 你们目前配送到哪些国家？

• English: We currently ship from Singapore to the following destinations:

• Singapore: (Local Delivery)

• South East Asia: Malaysia (West), Thailand, Vietnam.

• East Asia: Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea.

• Note: We are continuously working to expand our shipping network to more regions.

2. Where do you ship from and what are the shipping rates?

你们从哪里发货？运费怎么计算？

• Singapore (Local): FREE SHIPPING on orders over S$60. For orders below S60, a flat rate of SGD 4.5 applies. Delivery usually takes 1-3 business days.

• 新加坡（本地）： 订单满 S$60 即可享受免邮！不足 S60 的订单将统一收取 新币4.5 运费。派送通常需要 1-3 个工作日。

• International: Shipping starts from S$15 (Malaysia/Thailand) and S$20 (HK/TW/KR/VN). Final rates are calculated at checkout based on total weight.

• 国际配送： 马来西亚和泰国的起步运费为 S$15；香港、台湾、韩国及越南为 S$20。最终运费将在结账时根据包裹重量计算。

3. Will I be charged customs duties or taxes for international orders?

• English: Yes. For orders shipped outside of Singapore, international taxes, duties, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

• English: According to Taiwan Customs, all individual recipients must complete real-name authentication via the EZ WAY app. Package info must match your ID.

• English: South Korean Customs requires a Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC). Please provide your code (starts with 'P') in the notes or address field.

6.  What happens if I refuse to pay the customs duties?

• English: If a shipment is refused due to unexpected fees, the original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return fees will be deducted from your refund.
