1. International Shipping
We currently provide international shipping from Singapore to the following destinations: Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and South Korea.
2. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Please be advised that all international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes (such as VAT/GST), and customs fees once a shipment reaches your country.
• Customer Responsibility: All customs duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost shown at checkout.
• Local Regulations: Customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for specific information.
3. Special Requirements for Specific Regions
To ensure smooth customs clearance, customers in the following regions must provide specific information during checkout:
• Taiwan: Customers are required to complete real-time identity authentication via the EZ WAY app as per local customs regulations.
• South Korea: A Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) is required for all personal imports. Please provide this in the order notes or address fields.
4. Refused Shipments
If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected import fees, the package may be abandoned or returned to us. In such cases:
• The original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Any return shipping fees or additional duties incurred will be deducted from your refund.
